Francisco’s Education is diverse and has spanned various continents. His architectural training started at his home town of Guayaquil, Ecuador and took him to Vicenza, Italy and the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he earned his Master of Architecture degree. Francisco obtained his architectural license from the State of Florida in 1995 and since then he takes annual Continuing Education courses annually that focus in Building Codes, Health, Safety and Welfare and Green Building Technologies. In addition, through membership in professional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of Architects, and the CCIM Institute, Francisco constantly seeks to expand and evolve his knowledge base through attending various conferences and seminars. In 2009 Francisco began to engage in Real Estate transactions while serving as Economic Development Director for the Delray Beach CRA. At that time, Francisco began taking formal courses in real estate, which led him to an active Real Estate practice and the creation of FPA Enterprises in 2013. In 2016 Francisco earned a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University after receiving the “Best Student Award” for maintaining a 4.0 GPA through the program.
